Highline Creations — Artwork, AI & Intellectual Property Policy

By uploading or providing artwork to Highline Creations, you confirm that you own the artwork or have the appropriate license, authorization, or permission to use, reproduce, and modify it for commercial purposes.

Copyright & Trademarks

Highline Creations does not knowingly reproduce, engrave, print, or modify copyrighted or trademarked artwork without proper authorization.

This includes, but is not limited to, company logos, brand designs, sports team logos, characters, cartoon or movie artwork, celebrity likenesses, and designs created by other artists.

Artwork found online, on Pinterest, Etsy, Google, social media, or other websites is not automatically available for commercial use.

AI-Generated Artwork

AI-generated artwork may be submitted for production; however, AI-generated does not automatically mean an image is free from copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property restrictions.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use the AI-generated image commercially, including any elements incorporated into the design.

If an AI-generated image includes a recognizable brand, character, logo, artwork, celebrity likeness, or other protected material, Highline Creations may refuse the artwork.

Licensing & Authorization

If artwork is not owned by you, you may be asked to provide proof of licensing, written authorization, or other documentation showing that you have permission to use the artwork commercially.

Highline Creations reserves the right to request this information or refuse an order when ownership or authorization is unclear.

Artwork Conversion & Additional Fees

Customer-provided artwork must be suitable for the requested production method. AI-generated images and other artwork may require additional editing, cleanup, tracing, vectorization, or conversion before they can be engraved or produced properly.

Additional artwork preparation or conversion fees may apply. We will communicate any additional charges and receive approval before beginning additional artwork work.

Customer Responsibility

Highline Creations does not determine or guarantee that customer-provided artwork is legally authorized for use.

By submitting artwork, you accept responsibility for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions and agree to hold Highline Creations harmless from claims, damages, or losses resulting from unauthorized artwork you provide.

Highline Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order involving artwork that may present a copyright, trademark, licensing, or other intellectual property concern.
